Jude Law admits he is enjoying his single status. The actor, who was married to actress Sadie Frost and then linked to ‘Factory Girl’ star Sienna Miller, said he likes being on his own. He tells the Daily Mirror, “I am single for the first time in 16 years.” “Since I was 19, I'd always been in relationships and I now enjoy just being able to concentrate on my children, my work and myself.” He add, “I am very happy and I feel very settled with myself. I don't feel as needy and desperate to prove things. In my twenties I was very keen to achieve this and prove I wasn't just a pretty boy. I am over that.”
Jude is glad his affair with nanny went public - 2007-11-13
Jude Law has admitted being happy that his affair with children's nanny was exposed in 2005. The actor had a fling with nanny Daisy Wright two years ago while he was dating Sienna Miller. The 34-year-old told the News Of The World, "I'm not happy I hurt people. But I am happy it was on such a public level. In a way it was like washing your laundry in public, and yep, there you go, you've seen all the rubbish." He also confessed that there are no secrets left to uncover what makes him feel great, "Now I feel there's nothing left, you've seen it all and I can get on. In a weird way, that's kind of wonderful."

Jude Law says he was not upset his film ‘Alfie’ was a flop at the box-office, as it paid for his divorce from then wife Sadie Frost. Taking with Empire magazine, the 34-year-old actor claimed that ‘Alfie’ represented a time and it would not work in present times, "It proved that the film was more a film of its time and it didn't work now. But there's no point playing safe all the time." The hunk actor also said it was worthy doing the movie as he earned enough money to pay for his divorce. "Alfie paid me more money than any other film's ever paid. You know, paid for my divorce!" he said.
Jude seduces American ladies with ‘lovely’ vocabulary - 2007-10-11
Jude Law thinks American women finds British men irresistible for the vocabulary they use. The British hunk believes the quaint vocabulary typical from his country, makes American ladies go crazy. "Perhaps it's the use of words. We use words like 'lovely', and 'naughty'. I think they quite like that." In addition, Jude has calmly accepted the fact of being considered a heartthrob. "It's a silly situation because it's always, 'Grass is greener'. When you're called one thing, you want to be understood as something else, and if you're called the other thing, you want to go the other way. But I think the beauty of getting older, not ageing, because I'm not that old, is that you just mellow out and realise that to be called anything means people are paying attention," the 34-year-old tells the New York Daily.
